As the City of Inglewood public art consultant from 2012 through 2024, Helen revived public art policies and procedures, then developed and managed the percent for the arts program’s artists’ commissions, public art education, art collection conservation and promoting Inglewood’s national image through www.Inglewoodpublicart.org.
